Our IT support is defined into two different levels allowing you
to decide the extent of IT support you require:
TEK PACKAGE (Basic
support)

Phone support, remote support – The
entry level package provides you with access to level 1 of
the Help Desk

Monitoring – The TEK package also
provides you with an IT manager to monitor your network, and
as a point of contact for any other IT issues, outside of
the helpdesk. Your IT manager will also perform a full
survey of your network to highlight any issues or
improvements that can be made.

Any additional services such as
emergency call out or onsite repairs are charged at an
additional rate.
NET PACKAGE (Advanced
support)
·
All of the features of the TEK
PACKAGE, including access to levels 2 and 3 of the Help
Desk.
· The NET PACKAGE gives you the peace
of mind that you are covered with data and exchange backups,
onsite support for hardware and software and emergency
support as required.
IT Management

assigned an IT manager to work with you and discuss your
