									software to provide us with a real time 
									analysis of the performance of your systems. 
									It will also alert us to any potential 
									issues before they arise. Our software 
									monitors all networked devices, including 
									servers, PCs, printers, routers, switches, 
									firewalls and all server-based software.
 
 Telephone support & 
									instant access to our technical team
 You will have access to our helpdesk, 
									which is staffed by Microsoft Certified 
									Professionals, between the hours of 8:30am 
									and 5:30pm, and instant access to our senior 
									network engineer for any critical issues.
 
 Holiday & 
									sickness cover so your systems are always 
									supported
 If your IT staff are away, we can 
									ensure that your systems are supported and 
									managed with the same care and diligence as 
									if they were still there, by providing a mix 
									of onsite engineer days and access to the 
									Tek4net helpdesk for your users.
 
 Onsite support with no 
									call out fees
 We are aware that some support issues either 
									can’t be resolved remotely or are completed 
									faster with an onsite visit, but unlike our 
									competitors there are no additional on site 
									charges or travel costs for engineer call 
									outs. All support, be it onsite, telephone 
									and remote, is included within your fixed 
									monthly fee.
